Indispensable Resources for High Technologies: The Future of Critical Minerals Panels | EGCE'25

The 2nd Eurasian Geosciences Congress and Exhibition (EGCE2025) will be held this year in Antalya, from November 2–6, 2025. Within the scope of the congress, the strategic role of critical minerals in high technologies, one of the most important topics on the sector's agenda, will be addressed in a special panel. The panel, titled “Indispensable Resources for High Technologies: The Future of Critical Minerals,” will take place at the Xanadu Resort Hotel on November 3, 2025, at 10:30 a.m.

The panel will be moderated by Leman Çetiner from the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Türkiye. Leading representatives of the sector will take the floor in the session:
• İbrahim Halil Kırşan – Chairman of the TOBB Türkiye Mining Council & Chairman of the Board of Çiftay A.Ş.
• Caner Zanbak – Environmental Coordinator, Türkiye Miners Association
• Hasan Yücel – President, Türkiye Gold Miners Association
• Mehmet Yılmaz – President, Türkiye Miners Association

The panel will discuss the importance of critical minerals in energy transition, supply chain security, investment opportunities, and Türkiye's global vision.

The EGCE2025 Organizing Committee announced that the session is expected to be one of the most attractive at the congress, providing sector representatives with both information and a strong networking environment.
