MMMGD Law and Legislation Commission Meeting

MMMGD Legislation and Law Commission, consisting of our association's lawyer members and our Mining Law Legislation expert member, held the first of its regular monthly meetings online on 25.12.2023. At the meeting attended by our Chairman of the Board of Directors as moderator, Mr. Sezai AYDIN, Dr. Atty. Mr. Kerem CANBAZOĞLU, Mining Engineer Atty. Mr. Aşkın DORU, Atty. Dear Aslı ERDOĞMUŞ and Atty. Ms. Sevginur SAĞ Participated. Commission's monthly; It was decided to propose to the Board of Directors that a bulletin should be prepared about the changes in mining and related legislation and shared with members and interested parties. It was agreed to compile the changes for 2023 as the first Bulletin.
