"Sustainability, Occupational Health and Safety in Mines" Meeting

The "Sustainability, Occupational Health and Safety in Mines" meeting organized by KÖMÜRDER Turkish Coal Producers Association under the auspices of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in Ankara on April 18, 2024 started with the opening speech of the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Mr. Alparslan BAYRAKTAR. Other keynote speakers at the meeting were Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Security, President of KÖMÜRDER, Mr. Muzaffer POLAT, President of Mining Platform, Mr. Mehmet YILMAZ, Vice President of Yurt Mining Development Foundation, Hasan YÜCEL. The meeting continued with the speeches of OHS companies in the mining sector on the subject. Our Association was represented at the meeting by our Chairman of the Board of Directors and Secretary General Dr. Metin AKTAN.
