Royalty Contracts in Mining

As part of our association’s regulation-focused presentations, we continue to explore the rights and obligations in Operating Licenses. In this session, we addressed the concept of royalty, which can be considered as a form of field leasing in mining operating licenses. The presentation was delivered by our Bursa Representative, Lawyer and Mining Engineer Mr. Aşkın DORU.
