"The Mining Law Bill and Its Impact on the Mining Industry" Panel Discussion

A bill amending the Mining Law is currently being discussed in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and is on the verge of becoming law. Our Association has organized a panel to discuss the changes introduced by this bill and their potential impacts on the mining sector. The panel was held online on July 9, 2025, at 8:30 PM. It was moderated by our member Dr. Kerem CANBAZOĞLU, Attorney-at-Law, with distinguished speakers Mr. Cemil ÖKTEN and our member Mr. Şahin ÖZDEMİR (MİTTO).
