Iron Mining and Iron and Steel Sector Development Board Meeting: Following the Iron Workshop held in December 2022, the "Iron Mining and Iron and Steel Sector Development Board", which was established with the initiatives of Mr. İlhan POYRAZ (DİMİN Mining), held its first meeting online on August 2, 2023 with the members of the seven commissions planned to be established. The meeting was mainly attended by our members who wanted to take part in the commissions and presented their opinions and suggestions. By August 9, 2023, all members will send their opinions and suggestions and it is planned to start the commission work as soon as possible. Serkan ÖZKÜMÜŞ (MTA), İlhan POYRAZ (DİMİN), Aydın KARATEPE (ERDEMİR), Bülent AKSU (AKSU), Hasan AKBULUT (Koyuncuoğlu), Şeref TOSUN (Özkoyuncu), Prof. Dr. Ferkan SİPAHİ (GÜMİK), Halim DEMİRKAN (MMMGD) and other commission members attended the meeting.
