Afyonkarahisar Marble Technical Tour

Afyonkarahisar Marble Trip - We made our association's December technical trip on marble to Afyonkarahisar, the center of marble industry, on 16.12.2023. We saw the quarry of Bekişoğlu (MARTURA), in the region where marble has been produced since ancient times, and then TEMMER, the largest and most modern marble facility in Turkey. We would like to thank Ms. Funda BEKİŞOĞLU and Mr. Rüstem ÇETİNKAYA, who made our trip possible, and Oktay YILMAZ, Coşkun KONUK from BEKİŞOĞLU, İbrahim TEZCİ and Ali UYSAL from TEMMER, who accompanied us on our trip. Our Chairman of the Board of Directors, our Vice Chairman Ahmet İBUK, our Board Member Sait UYSAL, our honorary member Kerem CANBAZOĞLU and our student members participated in the trip.
